Allison L. Bober joined Harren Equity Partners in August 2008 as an Associate. Her responsibilities include identifying and assessing investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Harren, Allison was an Analyst at BMO Capital Markets in the Mergers & Acquisitions Investment Banking Group where she was involved in a variety of buy-side, sell-side and strategic alternative transactions for public and private clients across all industry verticals.
Allison received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Investments and Banking from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
In her free time, Allison enjoys playing the piano, tennis, travel, Big 10 Sports and working on her golf game.
