Jeff LaTulippe joined Harren Equity Partners in July 2010 as an Associate.  His responsibilities include identifying and assessing investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions and monitoring portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Harren, Jeff was a member of the Financial Sponsors & Leveraged Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he executed a number of refinancings, exit financings and leveraged buyout transactions across various industries.  Jeff was also a member of the Private Funds Group, where he executed private equity secondary transactions.

Jeff received a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

In his free time, Jeff enjoys football, exercise and reading.
