Meet the Team

Jesse K. Cooke joined Harren Equity Partners in 2007 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2008.  His responsibilities include identifying and assessing strategic investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions, and monitoring Harren’s portfolio companies. Before joining Harren, Jesse worked as an Investment Banking Analyst with Wachovia Securities in its Leveraged Finance and Defense & Aerospace Groups. While at Wachovia, Jesse participated in a wide range of transactions ranging from equity and convertible issuances to leveraged buyout financings.

Jesse Cooke earned a M.S. in Finance from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University and a B.A. in Economics from Emory University. He is also a CFA candidate and has successfully completed the CFA Level I and II exams.

In his free time, Jesse enjoys basketball, running, weight lifting, reading, and traveling.
