Thad S. Glowacki joined Harren Equity Partners in July 2008 as a Senior Associate. His responsibilities include identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, closing and financing transactions and managing existing portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Harren, Thad was as an Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York. While at Simpson, Thad represented clients in public and private M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, and also represented issuers, underwriters and private equity firms in a wide range of financings. Thad began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Morgan Stanley in New York, where he advised clients on business acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts.
Thad received a Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College, summa cum laude, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.
